Job Description

Responsibilities

• Apply and validate computational pathology workflows and computer vision tools to histopathological endpoints and imaging biomarkers
• Design analytic strategies and collaborate with scientists to extract tissue-based endpoints from imaging data
• Prepare and curate large imaging datasets for project analyses and model development
• Lead projects from planning through execution, quality control, and delivery of organized outputs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-expert stakeholders with clear alignment on priorities and risks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with six years' experience, or Master's degree with four years' experience
• Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB for image processing and computer vision applications
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MONAI
• Knowledge of medical image data formats and whole-slide imaging analysis challenges
• Understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and statistical foundations
• Experience with commercial or open-source pathology image-analysis platforms
• Publication record in deep learning, machine learning, or digital pathology preferred
