\n \nWe are seeking an experienced SAFe Certified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Trains (ARTs), ensuring successful program execution and alignment across multiple Agile teams.
\n \n \n \nRequired Skills
\n \nSAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
\n5+ years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach
\nStrong experience managing Agile Release Trains (ART)
\nExpertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
\nExperience facilitating PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops
\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
\nExperience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
\nExcellent communication and leadership skills
